At the workplace there will always be a mix of personalities, groups and cultures. You want to understand if you and your potential team will be a good match. Its super important to really listen in to this response and try to pick up on any red flags right off the bat. Whether you want to ignore them or not at least you will be better equipped for what lies ahead.
